FGC is committed to giving back to the local communities in which we operate.
Each quarter, FGC donates to a nonprofit organization that provides meaningful services to the communities in which we operate. Our goal is to highlight and support these ‘under the radar’ programs that may not receive broad recognition in an effort to increase awareness about their important work.
Carver Foundation of Norwalk
Carver’s mission is to equip all learners for global competitiveness by leading strategic partnerships with schools and communities that advance excellence and growth opportunities. Carver operates 50+ before-school, after-school, and summer programs in all K-12 public schools in Norwalk, Side by Side Charter School, the Classical Studies Magnet Academy in Bridgeport, and the Carver Community Center.
Laurel House / Resources to Recover, Stamford
Laurel House provides mental health resources to people coping with mental illness, and their families, across numerous communities in and around Connecticut. Resources to Recover is a robust array of integrated services and expertise helping people along the path of mental health recovery.

Founded in 2014, LiveGirl, Inc. is a Connecticut-based nonprofit organization that builds confident, inclusive leaders. Our mission is to prepare the next generation of diverse, brave female leaders with the skills, community, and connections so that ALL girls may thrive and make a positive impact on the world.
The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County
The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County, Inc. is one of lower Fairfield County’s primary hunger-relief organizations. We provide food to about 70 non-profit agencies and programs that serve low-income people in our six town service area through bags of groceries and congregate meals. These include soup kitchens, food pantries, child care programs, homeless shelters, senior centers, domestic violence safe houses, and rehabilitation programs.
American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is a non-profit organization dedicated to preventing animal cruelty. Based in New York City since its inception in 1866, the organization's mission is "to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.
The Umbrella Club
The Umbrella Club was established over 40 years ago as a non-profit dedicated to providing compassion, support and financial assistance to families and children in the community where our help makes a difference. Over the past 40 years, the Club has donated over $4,000,000 to families and children who would have otherwise slipped through the net provided by assorted governmental and societal agencies that, for various reasons, were unable to provide necessary assistance.
Intempo
INTEMPO is a Stamford, CT-based youth-development organization that provides high-quality classical and intercultural music education to children predominantly from immigrant backgrounds and from communities underrepresented in the arts. INTEMPO is committed to connecting the dots between intercultural music education and its influence on the overall development of children.
DDH Hope Foundation
The DDH Hope Foundation is grass roots non-profit organization that supports South Norwalk familes’ needs in a variety of ways throughout the year. Over the past 15 years, DDH has provided food, clothing, bill pay support, emotional and medical referral and other greatly needed services to families and children in need.

Jason is an industry veteran with a career spanning more than 20 years in the recruitment space. In 2018, Jason had the distinct fortune of partnering with Frank and Chris Fusaro, Founder and CEO of The Forum Group in NYC to build Forum Group Connecticut from the ground up, which has been the greatest professional achievement of his career.
FGC’s goal is simple: to provide our clients and candidates an exceptional experience when hiring talent or changing careers. Driven by complete transparency, building genuine and meaningful relationships, and placing our candidates’ and clients’ goals first, FGC aims to be the most highly respected recruiting firm in the industry.
Jason continues to partner with many of the area’s most sought-after employers while supporting and developing the FGC team, of whom he is most proud. Jason has lived in Wilton CT for over 30 years and when not in the office you can find him with his family at one of their favorite destinations: Candlewood or Squam Lake, The White Mountains, Sedona, or on the pitch refereeing a soccer match.
Carrie Wallack is a seasoned search professional who first entered the industry in 1999. She sources talent across a wide array of industries with a focus in Financial Services. Her clients range from well-known Global Asset Managers to boutique or early-stage Private Equity and Family Office firms looking to build out stellar back-office teams. She recruits for roles ranging from Staff Accountant through to CFO.
Carrie believes in a transparent and highly personalized search process for each candidate she works with and for each client she represents. For candidates this includes resume editing, in-depth interview preparation, and career coaching, and for both client and candidate she offers a relentless commitment to matching skillset and culture fit for each placement she makes. She supports diversity recruiting and has placed countless women into leadership roles.
Carrie holds a B.A. from Rollins College and is a working mom with two teenage daughters. Highly involved in her community, she has fundraised for some of the largest non-profits in Greenwich, CT and served on the board of the Greenwich Historical Society. In her free time, she loves to read, travel, and ski.

A New York native, Kristine graduated from Pace University and prior to her recruiting career spent 8 years in the media and news industry. She lives in Westport with her husband and two children, and when not in the SONO office, you can find her cheering from the soccer field sidelines.
Steve earned his MS Finance at Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business and BS in Finance and Accounting at Sacred Heart University and focuses primarily in the Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, and Communication industries.
Prior to joining FGC, Steve spent years in the Financial Services industry where he consulted with Private Equity and Venture Capital clients. Steve enjoys assisting his clients build their finance and accounting teams along with being the conduit between his candidates and their dream jobs. With a commitment to transparency and a smooth search process from start to finish, Steve is dedicated to ensuring the highest degree of satisfaction with each person he partners with.
Outside of FGC, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors at every opportunity whether hiking, snowboarding, or playing golf. Steve grew up in Westchester County on his family’s apple farm which is one of New York State’s oldest working farms, where he continues to help his family during apple season each fall.
Nathan holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Fairfield University. While in school, Nate was drawn toward talent acquisition, retention, and development within corporate organizations, and since graduating, he has dedicated his career to the search industry.
Nate’s primary focus is on the finance/accounting, human resources, and operations space. He is a trusted partner to many of the area’s Fortune 500 Corporations when they look to add talent to their teams. Nate’s ability to utilize his education to fully delve into understanding both his client’s hiring needs and his candidate’s career goals, allows him to successfully place talent at the most exciting employers in the region.
Nate is a Massachusetts native and one of 5 siblings. He resides in Seymour, CT, and spends his weekends outdoors. Interests include fishing, hiking, snowboarding, and pursuing the lifelong dream of hitting a golf ball straight.
Justin brings five years of search experience within the tri-state area focused on Accounting and Finance professionals across a wealth of industries including Financial Services, Commodities, Shipping, CPG, Manufacturing, Aviation, Media, Health, FinTech, Retail, and Real Estate industries to name a few.

She also maintains memberships with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the American Staffing Association (ASA), and participates in the Visus Group Roundtable for the staffing industry.
Having lived in Fairfield County for over 20 years, Debbie enjoys the coastal lifestyle with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she can be found taking long walks by the beach, catching a local college lacrosse game or enjoying a latte at a nearby coffee shop.
